What weather can I expect in Edinburgh?

This is an impossible question! Average temperatures range from daily highs of around 18°C to 20°C (64°F to 68°F) and overnight lows of around 9°C to 10°C (48°F to 50°F). Like most of Scotland, Edinburgh has a temperate maritime climate which can be quite windy at times and often experiences all four seasons during one day. You may want to pack a raincoat and umbrella just in case, as you will be visiting the UK after all!  We’re sorry we can’t be more helpful, but you’ll see a weather widget on the home page to help you plan closer to the time.
